OK, a few surprises (Clemens, Pettitte), and the obvious (Bonds).... But what I totally forgot about, was a little-utilized MLB rule about prescription drugs. Yes, That Cockroach Bug Selig dithered about 'roids until 2002, but MLB's prescription-drug policy more or less addressed HGH and steroids. Goes to show that Mitchell is right about the leagues, the teams and the players being complicit in creating the Juiced Ball (and Player) Era.
