The early line from Vegas has the WCT as a 10-point favorite over the Wookies and an under/over of 231. I think both of those will drop a little as the week progresses.

The quick-reacting Vegas line just went to WCT -13.5 and 233.5 for the under/over after the signing of Donald Lee to the Trolls' squad.

You know, I never thought I would be thinking 'Whoa, I wish I had started the Defense that was facing the Colts'
Addai and Vinatieri need to score points! Not only will I be sad if the Colts lose, I will also be sad if given a lead to play with my ace running back and place kicker couldnt cling boldly for a victory

Well, Manning and Vinatieri scratched. I'm kind of torn, because Peyton is my QB in my big-money league. I also have LT in that league. I guess if the Chargers can maintain a ~ 17-point lead, which would be enough to emphasize the run, but not enough to sit LT, and then Peyton has to play catch-up the whole second half, would work for me in that league. I don't lose points for Manning's INTs, either, so another INT or two that set up short fields for LT would be fine by me, as long as Peyton gets his yards and scores in the end.
Dude. I haven't put up a dud fest like that in like 2 years. 6 int's from manning?

He still managed to crack double figures in scoring, but that would have been 20+ if he could have limited the INTs to no more than 1. Heck, if he figures out a way to throw a TD pass on that first drive instead of a pick, he might have been OK even if the rest of the game unfolded the same way with regards to his stats.

Incidentally, it looks like Peterson has a torn lateral collateral ligament. From what I gather, that injury doesn't require surgery to heal, but it will probably be at least 3 weeks before Peterson will be able to play.
