Yup. A weekend of performing and less than 3 hours of sleep for many nights in a row.....
And so, needing to keep my energy up and realizing that veggies and fruit don't stay with your body long enough.. I had meat.
And I didn't just have meat.
I had CHICKEN and BACON and SAUSAGE and SHRIMP and then to wash it down I had CHOCOLATE SUNDAE BROWNIES!
And now I'm here looking at my plate of celery....................:tapedshut:

I tried going vegetarian some years back but eventually the craving for a nice, juicy piece of sirloin steak made me see the error of my ways. ;)

Bah, it was heading for a cliff anyway. Falling off at that point would've been even worse.

Nope it wasn't. I like how much energy I feel when I'm not eating meat. The unfortunate part is that it's energy that burns clean and therefore quickly. Which means you need to eat more often. Right now I don't have time. One meal today is all I'm getting so it was chicken salad.

Why don't you just add fish back to your diet? I know several vegetarians that think fish grow from trees or something, because they'll eat fish. I could not live in a world where I can't have seafood.

I actually do eat fish even when being veggie. I just can't afford it very often. :(

I was trying to be supportive whe I posted this
every once in a while you need to treat yourself to some meat. Consider this you treat.
now I think you are slowly but inevitably coming to your senses and know in your heart the meat is good!

If it slower than me, or dumber than me and it tastes good. Then pass the salt

Last time I had a lifestyle like that I didn't watch anything I ate and I still lost a full clothing size in a couple of months.
Then I moved back to the US and my car and gained it all back, plus some. I need to get rid of my car.

Which is more inconvenient? Not having a car or having to watch what you eat?
Right now I'm voting car because mine is broken. *sighs*
I didn't actually miss my car back then, it was the only place I've ever taken advantage of the public transportation system, and not very often even then, only when I was running late for school. My friends and I rented a car once, but that was because we wanted to drive to Portugal.

Today I had a banana and some raisin toast for breakfast.
Celery and mango for lunch.
Baked potato with veggie chili for dinner.
When did the wagon get so boring?

To quote you know who: "When did the wagon get so boring?"
When you resorted to simply putting veggie chili on your potato.
Try Ranch dressing, chopped mushrooms, onions, bean sprouts, a minced fraction of a garlic clove and a little ground rosemary. Nuke same in the potato with a microwave, essentially sauteeing the sprouts, shrooms and onions in the potato.

Um...I don't have a microwave. :)
But yes, I could do that if I had mushrooms and sprouts and rosemary.
