The meatcake thread (http://forum.criticalfumble.net/showthread.php?t=3170) inspired me.
So... who likes meatloaf?

I'm pretty neutral about meatloaf.
Never had one that I would describe as great, but had a few that were dry and not so great.

i like it. it's a great item for showing off a cook's creativity, IMHO.

I like meatloaf. It was one of the staples growing up and it's something of a staple now.
We haven't gotten very creative with it, though.
Growing up I always topped it with ketchup. Now I like to spoon a bit of salsa on top of a serving.

It's something I will chew and swallow when I haven't any other polite choice. That's it.

Had meatloaf or the equivalent as I was growing up quite often. Do I like it? I'm quite neutral towards it. I'll eat it, but I won't jump up and down clamoring for it.
My wife has a recipe for meatloaf with liver made for infants. I ended up have in some for supper quite a few times, until the kids decided they were not going to eat it anymore. I ate it because I found myself missing liver.

So do any of you meatloaf afficionados have good recipes to share?
I've heard that it's good in sandwiches.
I feel quite neutral about it myself but I made Zayda's individual meatloaf recipe (http://www.criticalfumble.net/forum/showpost.php?p=54222&postcount=11) yesterday and everyone ate it without complaint and I was told, "It's really delicious Mummy." Thanks SuperZ!
