Any recommendations?
My "Heavy Duty" Kitchen Aid "Professional 5 Plus" can't handle even seven cups of flour.
This is the fourth time they've had to replace it, and I've had it. I'm returning it from whence it came for store credit.
With what shall I replace it?
It's got to be able to knead flour.

I use my hands for kneading flour so I have no idea.
I have no idea since what you're taking back is what I would have recommended.

Be greatful for what you get. When I saw the thread title, I was prepared to recommend a mixer for an alcholoic beverage. Like Cheese Whiz.

After doing a quick Google search I've come to the conclusion that the KitchenAid Professional 600 is the best you can do. Cook's Illustrated, which rated the KitchenAid as its top choice, specifically tested for a stand mixer's bread dough kneading capabilities.
It looks like you just have to go up to a better model.
