I don't think there's any need to do that. Jocelin is the only character you'll be playing, after all. I'll leave it up to you, though; it might be nice to have an account that has your character's image as its avatar, but I don't think it's strictly necessary.

I think I'm going to stick with the one account after all, as I've now re-sized/lowered the resolution of the Arcadian Walsh avatar about 10 different times without getting under the 19.change KB limit for such things, and that's really irritating. The history given on the link to the John Dee page isn't canon in my version of the WoD. For one thing, he has the same birthday (July 13, 1527) but was Embraced sometime in the 1560s, not the year of his historical death. One thing that more or less matches is that the Tremere and Ventrue have been contesting London more or less nonstop for the last 200 years, after Sidana's abdication of the throne in 1805.
