I screwed up and put an opened bottle of chardonnay in the back of the beer fridge. I found it this evening, but it's started over toward vinegar. Does anyone have any suggestions on what dish I might want to make with this? It's still a bit more sweet than sour.

If you wouldn't drink with it, don't cook with it.

i'm afraid i agree w/ tony. having said that, if you enhance its progress into a vinegar state, it will probably be a much tastier form of vinegar than you're likely to find in a store shelf, i would think.

Largely beer. That and chilled wines, sodas, cheese, olives, and my son's fishing worms.

The vinegar process is a tad involved. Don't try it if you don't know what you're doing.
