Coming April first, and the first of each month through August, I'll be putting up free, downloadable Greywalker wallpapers. They were designed by my Minion, Thea Maia and there's one design for each book, available in several screen sizes.
Greywalker wallpaper will be available stating tomorrow, April 1. Check the website's News page (http://katrichardson.com/?cat=3) for information.

Given the date, this isn't an April Fool's joke ... is it? ;)

No, indeed, my dear BN, it is not a joke.
The first of the wallpapers is up at the Wallpaper Gallery (http://katrichardson.com/?page_id=375) The first set is for Greywalker and new ones for the other books will be available at the start of each month through August.

That should work for it. Nice cover btw, I like it alot, the twisting tunnel effect of the arches is pretty cool.

I wish they'd been able to use the one I sent them as an example, but that wasn't possible. This is pretty good, though, and Chris McGrath always does an amazing job.
Next time: zombies and monsters!

Any chance we can see the one you sent them Kat?

It's a rather large pic, so you can see it here (http://katrichardson.com/Outward/MazeArch02.jpg). it's actually the ramp entrance to Meridian Park in Seattle (which is why they couldn't use it) but I liked the feel of it better than the more formal arches they ended up with.

There is definitely a more rough hewn, haphazard feel to it. I can see how that would have looked more menacing. Thank you.

being a complete dodo, I forgot to post that the Poltergeist wall paper (http://katrichardson.com/?page_id=375) is now up for download. Sill me.
And on my birthday, May 22, I'm going to put up the short story which was previously available only if you bought Mario Acevedo's new book, but now... hahaha... it shall be available to all (if I can set the damned watermark properly.)

Hey, we have the Underground wallpapers today! I am really fond of this one, because my minion, artist Thea Maia, made it to look as if it had been "drawn" by Quinton on his work table and laid over an old map of Seattle pre-fire. It's pretty nifty!
Go get the Underground wallpapers (http://katrichardson.com/?page_id=375) and feel free to spread them around, as always. As usual, scroll down a bit to find the right heading....

Yup, now we have the Vanished wallpapers (http://katrichardson.com/?page_id=375#vanishedpapers) up! W00t!
don't forget: if you guys want to do art yourselves, I'd be thrilled to put it up or link to it.
Also... I have super-limited edition puzzles for Labyrinth... only available here or in person at the first signings--which won't be until august. If you want one, drop me a note and a mailing address.
