A porkchop concotion, which involves coke and ketchup(I was told by one of you its good)

Marinated Flank Steak

London Teryiyaki Broil

i'm a huge fan of flank steaks, myself. marinating 'em or barbecuing them (low & slow, that is) are the only way to enjoy 'em, if you ask me.

Haze's fool proof Cranberry Sauce recipe:

dump 500g of fresh cranberries into a saucepan
add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
add the juice & zest of two large oranges
add 1 tablespoon of port

Bring up to temperature and simmer until cranberries have softened. Stir and allow to cool.
