It's going to be difficult to top the bizarre post hoc rescheduling of Week 1, but who knows what might happen this week.

Perhaps the Ivory Tower Gorillas will surge forth and lay waste to all before them?
Or perhaps you are all all doomed! BAWHAHAHAHAHAHA!:satanlook:

I dont understand how NO can win and my player not score any points. WTH does this mean?
WR/TE Lance Moore, NO WR @Phi » W 48-22 --
Nothing. No points not a zero, just a a dash.....

I don't know, maybe he was a late scratch, or didn't get on the field or something. He was balanced by the Greg Jennings no-show, anyways.
Just be glad you weathered the Chris Johnson storm, in all likelihood.

I could've sworn I was favoured by the betting line... Perhaps the ITG coach should have the team do fewer group critical readings of Sun Tzu and have them run more drills...
And the Patriots were favored to beat the Jets.....but thats why they play the game. Strange things happen.
Like last year where there were times Chad Pennington was outscoring my other quarterback Payton Manning.....

heck of a game by ryan's jets against the pats. wow.
Has anybody seen my players. None of them showed up today....
Yeah I need to know too so I can send these thank you cards out...
Seriously. The Jets and Patriot's D's wiped out your offenses and Tennessee's D was uncharacteristically porous. I believe the loss of Haynesworth is going to result in more of those kinds of games for you sadly.

The Tribbles are about to be alone in first with their 2-0 start. Then there's a six-way logjam at 1-1.
Well at this point all the games are essentially decided. There is a small chance that Peyton Manning will have a monstrous outing against Miami on Monday night and so the Gorillas could theoretically overtake the demolition. It'd have to be a 3TD or 4TD night for Manning to get there with no sacks or interceptions. Possible but unlikely. Along with that it'd be nice if I could get 10 points out of Dallas Clark and vault into the #4 or #3 overall scoring slot for the week.

Random Thoughts from the game.
The Patriots Offensive Line is getting old.
For this game at least, Kevin O'Connell was the Jets MVP.
When does Rivas (NYJ CB) become a Free Agent?
Rushing 3 and 4 at a rookie QB just didn't make sense. I know Seymore's gone, and Mayo's hurt, but they really didn't give Sanchez the chance to lose the game.
As for Brady...he's back to protectingt his left leg. He's not planting when he throws, and the ball continues to sail on him. I'm hoping he gets over it this season, but it took McNabb and Palmer a full season with similiar injuries.
To be honest, I kind of see this as a rebuilding year for the Pats. We'll probably still win 11 games and make the playoffs, but until we shore up the O-Line and D, I don't see us as a Superbowl team.

How the hell does one get a player off waivers? I've dropped some dead weight but cant seem to add them....
all waiver wire requests are processed thursday mornings. It gives everyone a couple days to react to developments over the weekend and then it gives everyone a few days in which they can snag players if they don't get their waiver requests.

ok, I guess we'll see. What happens after thursday if I dont get him? I was 3 out of 8 before, and triued again as 6 out of 8...can you add then on friday?
You can add on Thursday. If you go to the team management screen you'll see a small linkt hat will pull up your pending waiver wire claims where you may then order them as you see fit.

OK I see today the waivers went through, but I screwed up and dropped someone I shouldnt. I've claimed them, but when do they get added back to the bench?
I believe when someone is released they're on waivers for 48 hours..

So I've probably just screwed myself, moved a lot of bench players into the game...now they'll underperform and Brady will have a breakout day.
Cest la vie.

cant you wait for that until I have to play you? :D

I'm not sure that it's a downside, though ti is different. It makes sure everyone has a chance to log in and try for a player rather than the person with the right, lucky, schedule being the only one to get a shot.

I dont mind the wait, its just frustrating over last year when I knew how the applications worked.

Waivers work exactly the same as they did on Yahoo last year. If you're trying to pick up a guy who was just released, you have to wait, and everyone gets a shot at him. That's the same as it was last year, as is the waiting period for waivers after games end in any given week on the NFL schedule.
