does it show that i'm anxious as hell for regular season football to return? :>

i've been pretty underwhelmed by my giants this preseason (this deep d line they're supposed to be fielding needs to get on the gorrammed field) but less concerned about the supposedly suspect secondary, which i think will turn out to be a strength. it's the 'backers i'm worried about--guess we'll see sunday if canty was worth that contract. i think ****'s choice of hakeem nicks might've been quite prescient, if what we saw of him the last 2 preseason games is any kind of indication.

the jets' decision to start sanchez looks good. sure, he's a rookie, but he did look pretty good, i thought.

philly, i haven't seen much of this preseason but i expect desean jackson to put up #1 WR numbers this year. i wonder how many of those numbers will be from vick.

baltimore's haloti ngata impressed me quite a bit.

how about you guys?

Nothing stands out for me yet. I usually need 2-3 games regular season to see how things shake out. I dont get much read preseason football(or baseball for that matter)

Stafford beat out Culpepper in Detroit and seems to have good chemistry with Megatron. That's encouraging. If stafford has a Flacco quality season I'll be positively tickled pink.
