Hi...my name is James, and a little while ago I emailed you with some advice about writing a novel. I was a t a loss about research and you were very helpful with giving me a whole bunch of help. I had lost internet connection for a while and you're response got buried on page three. I finally read it and want to thank you so very much for the help, and apologize for not replying to you sooner.

P.S. - I am currently about a third through 'Vanished'. I think that (aside from the pushing Harper into dance), you based her mother on my own mother. :)
