I don't, as a rule, follow sports. But this just seems wrong on so many different levels. Violation of trust; incompetence; gender issues.
As I understand it, there's no accusation that the girl has cheated, or even that she is a he. So what 'medical conditions' could a sex test check? Even if she has some kind of a condition, that just means that she's a better runner. It strikes me as penalizing the best to make room for the mediocre.
