Tuesday night. Dr. Mercury, what is the address where I would need to pick you up?
Tuesday, February 13, 2007.
6:30 - 7 PM (PST)
Dr. Mercury

Your call: Overlake Transit Center, or my office. Cross-traffic might make the office a challenge.

Is that here?

I won't be leaving until about 6 PM.
Is that too late?
Dr. Mercury

Nope. I can arrive later at the OTC.

What is the best way to get there, Dr. Mercury? I'm slammed today, and I haven't had time to look at a map yet.

The Overlake Transit Center entrance is at 140th Avenue NE and NE 36th Street, just SW of the main M$ campus. On-ramps to 520 Westbound, toward Northbound 405, will be on NE 40th and on 148th Avenue NE. I'll be on the sidewalk inside the entrance at 36th & 156th.

What is the HoTG?
The House of Three Gamers.
Also known as the H3G, or the Casa Tres Gamers.
It is the apartment where Dai Oni, Dr. Mercury and hidufel abide, and where we game most often up here in Seattle.

Good game last night, guys.
Dai Oni disarmed someone of a 9mm Beretta. Again. She missed on a kick, but her foot went through the plaster.
hidufel being caught dead in the driver seat of a minivan with a man pointing a gun at him .... who then rolled a natural 1. I described the bullet in Matrix slow style pushing through the air, the windshield, and past hidufel's character as he turned at the last possible second and the bullet missing him.
Dr. Mercury playing his potentially "morally ambiguous" character perfectly and choosing to engage in an ongoing gun battle in the parking lot of an elementary school rather than get into the van and drive away.
Blastum figuring out where a light switch upstairs is located, and firing through the wall.

Hee. Quote of the night: "Oh, this is something I can easily do... >>*craps out on d20*<< ...with an Action Point!"
The look on Deputy Andy's face was priceless. :D

Thank you Origen, for again running a truly awesome and fun session!
Right now i feel like Lucas has a sort of bond with that little girl. Let me tell you he REALLY wants to get those F:censored:ks for killing her mom, and right now the only lead he has is the redhead... Oh they will pay. Yes, they will pay all right...

Origen,
I second Hidufel's great game comments. I am looking forward to the next session (hopefully my cold will be completely gone by then).
I would also like to point out to the group two you noted in our first session (and I think in the other groups session). Players did not want to draw weapons because they were afraid they would lose them. I pointed out in the first session I did not draw because if you draw your weapon you have decided your only choice is to fire it. This session the bad guy did not immediately shoot and so Dia Oni's character had the opportunity to disarm him and did. Once I drew I continued to fire in our opponents direction (well at worst at least in his general direction :)). He was still up and dangerous so he continued to receive fire. Which meant he did not get the opportunity to even get closer to my character or Dia Oni's. It does also help when you always seem to hit when you get a clear shot :sasmokin:.
I have to admit that I was quite amused by the dichotomy between Dr. Mercury's and Hidufel's characters mannerisms and actions in the school parking lot. I agree they each played to their characters perfectly based on my understanding of them.
Now we do actually have at least one baddy to hunt down, but what will be next?
Great game everyone I had a blast.

And I'm anxiously awaiting the next episode, despite being unable to find my copy of the Grosse Pointe Blank soundtrack. :D
