Here are the scores heading into SNF:

Wily Corn Trolls - 112.5
SnakeBitten - 39.3

Neanderthals - 74.2
Demolition - 101.5

Zohan's Posse - 69.7
Tribbles - 82.6

Fighting Friars - 78.0
Trifecta Wookies - 51.0

2nd helping skillets - 113.4
Fallen Angels - 54.2

SnakeBitten still has four players left, including their QB and D/ST, but they've got a long ways to go to rally.

Neanderthals have Antonio Bryant going tomorrow night, and need him to go off for 27.4 points to make the playoffs.

Zohan's Posse look to be the #2 seed with an 8-6 record, unless Clinton Portis outscores DeAngelo Williams by more than 27 points.

The Wookies are hanging on to the #3 seed for the moment, but they've played just poorly enough so far that the Skillets are still lurking around. But, Santana Moss and Chris Cooley would have to outscore Portis by something like 32-33 points, so very unlikely that they sneak up to #3.

Technically, sufficiently monster games by Antonio Bryant, Santana Moss, and Chris Cooley combined with a sufficiently quiet night from Portis would leave the Wookies on the outside looking in for the playoffs.

Yeah, but your guys aren't doing all that great, either. They need to, else the Wookies back into the #3 seed.

Yep, you can't win if you don't get in. Plus, you can try to go 3-for-3 vs. the Trolls next week!

Here are the scores after SNF:

Wily Corn Trolls - 112.5
SnakeBitten - 60.3

Neanderthals - 74.2
Demolition - 101.5

Zohan's Posse - 69.7
Tribbles - 82.6

Fighting Friars - 78.0
Trifecta Wookies - 52.6

2nd helping skillets - 117.9
Fallen Angels - 54.2

The player to watch is Antonio Bryant -- 27.4 points from him and Neanderthals slip past the Skillets for the final playoff berth. There have only been a few WR performances quite that large, but it's premature to foreclose on the possibility tonight.

SnakeBitten still has Jeff Garcia, Warrick Dunn, and Stevonne Smith to go tomorrow night. They'll need two monster games or three big ones to pull out the W, which is basically for pride, given that both teams are already locked in to the postseason seeding fates.

Posse-Tribbles and Skillets-Angels are finals. Friars will beat the Wookies, also, the only question is by how much, to be determined by DeAngelo Williams' performance tomorrow night. I will foreclose the possibility tonight that Williams gets sacked and loses a fumble on nine separate halfback option plays, and that those are his only touches of the night, which is what it would take for a Wookies rally. ;)

So close to the making the playoffs and yet so far for the Demolition yet again.

Sigh.

If the Fallen Angels hadn't wonken up for that one week....

Oh well. Considering the number of injuries I've dealt with, I'm not too unhappy with 7-7.

Yeah. I got a bit lucky in one or two weeks where my bad weeks were with someone elses.....

With a 7-171-1 effort through three quarters, Antonio Bryant has 19.5 points. A 30-yard TD catch for Bryant in the 4th pulls out the W and the #4 seed in the playoffs for Neanderthals.

Unreal. He hasnt scored more than 17 points ina single week all year....

The Bucs got a case of the drops during their last drive. That stifled Bryant for the time being, but with Tampa Bay down, they'll have to throw.

Someone must have transplanted Braylon Edwards' hands onto Warrick Dunn at halftime.

9-200-2 for Bryant now, which adds up to 28.5 points.

Well, then, here are the unofficial final scores:

Wily Corn Trolls - 112.5
SnakeBitten - 102.5

Neanderthals - 102.7
Demolition - 101.5

Zohan's Posse - 69.7
Tribbles - 82.6

Fighting Friars - 103.4
Trifecta Wookies - 52.6

2nd helping skillets - 117.9
Fallen Angels - 48.2

Antonio Bryant gets Player of the Week and Performance of the Year with the unfathomable clutchness of his 9-200-2 game tonight. That's actually good enough for the #3 seed.

Assuming no scoring adjustments, the semifinal matchups will be Trolls-Wookies and Posse-Neanderthals.
