Oklahoma will probably still be Top 5 in the next set of polls, since Missouri and LSU both lost. Texas, Alabama, and Penn State should be the top 3 in some order, and then probably Texas Tech, OU, and Florida land in the 4-6 range. #6 is the absolute furthest I could see OU falling, but I think they will be #4 or 5 this week.

Texas, Alabama, and Penn State are 1-2-3 in both the AP and the Coaches' polls; OU is #4 AP, #6 Coaches. I'm a bit surprised to see USC (#6/#4) rise as high as they did:

Of course, it is just the second week in October, and it's still two weeks to the first release of the BCS standings.
