Stretching Powers seemed oh-so-uncool to me for years. Then a few horror shows, Terminator 2 and other sources revealed it to be one of the scariest, in fact.
Here's Batman Beyond's Inque fighting Terry in the batcave -and this is one application I did NOT think of.

That's not stretching. That's body control/shapechange.
For scary ugly stretching, see One Piece. Though admittedly, Luffy does have lots and lots of Mega str and Mega dex to go with it...

Well, I see your point. That's a better descriptor, but it still functions as I state.
Maybe its Stretching Powers x 2 - the PC can go fluid/gooey and still come back together.
Hmmmm...

Consider a Mutant power that fits the stretch theme. Physical damage reflection (your punch energy bounces back to your knuckles. Your bullets come back at you!)
It's not so much a specific power as having a specific theme to play around with. "Rubber" has several inherent properties. Electrical resistance, bouncing for great distance (leaping), Power drain (you're punch is soft rubber, you don't do hit point damage but take power instead).

I think its chemical power(ink)which is why the water hose damaged her, and stretching.
