Empathy can not go below 3 for a starting character.
You can either choose or roll your lifepath.
Your character has 3 months salary, but has been unemployed within the last day or two.
I advise spending your money on cyberware and equipment, not weapons.
I highly, highly recommend skinweave.
Weapons will become available in the first scene.
There is one empty spot in the game if anybody is interested.
