Do any normal people actually attend the superbowl anymore?

Not a chance.
As far as I'm concerned, no actual sports fan would ever willingly sit in a luxury suite.

*I* wouldnt. But *WE* all would...
I would indeed get one of those suites if I had 500k just laying around. Highly unlikely that.

A few regular people do go to the Super Bowl... I think.
A few hundred (thousand?) tickets go at face value to randomly selected season ticket holders in each hometown.
I'd like to think that some of them are diehard enough to go to the game instead of selling the tickets.
Me? I'd sell two tickets to finance the trip to Miami, where I'd attend the game with my other two tickets...

A little late, I know, but if I had $500,000 just lying around, I'd probably invest in the world's most obnoxious entertainment center and watch the Superbowl in styyyyyyle. :D
