Interestingly, that's the first question that entered my mind, too. And of course, I haven't yet.

I wish my wife would get me that tshirt. I know she won't but I showed it to her anyway.

Very cool.

Only if accompanied by some manner of sparkly. I don't want to spend the next year listening to her complain that all she got on Valentine's day was a box of fruit.

I'm glad SilverDragon posted this thread. It's reminded me to make dinner reservations. Many thanks.

*shakes head* Better you than me.

Just a reminder, you also need to book a babysiter, even if its your parents to watch the baby. Dragging the wee one along on a V-day dinner might not go down well....(even if she says she doesnt mind).

At the risk of sounding like an ass; I would never even think to take my wife out to a romantic dinner at a restaurant where children--much less infants--would be permitted. Eva will be going to stay with Nonna.

But that does raise an interesting question: Should the baby get a present for Valentine's Day, too?

Not at this age. Only when their big enough to "get" the idea of the holiday. Sarah will get a animal and chocolate now that she's old enough....

You dont sound like an ass....just a reminder as you are forgetful about holdiay type things.....
