What off season moves do you want your favorite team to make.
For me and the Patriots:
Sign a legit #1 receiver. To be honest, this is really the only hole in the Patriots offense. Caldwell and Gaffney work as 2 and 3 guys.
Defensively, you need 2 solid middle linebackers. Bruschi is getting older, and Vrabel is needed on the outside.
The secondary needs help. Harrison is injury prone as he ages, and we have no legit nickel corner. Samuel plays above his head pretty consistently, and Hobbs does an OK job on the off side, but a real Shut Down corner never hurts.

When I saw the thread title, I assumed Hot Stove League. (BTW, BB, compliments on the BoSox' new starting pitcher.) For the 'Hawks, I'd say they need a solid backup at QB and get some depth in their D.

I was wanting the Cowboys to get a new head coach. Preferably one who would install the West Coast offense or some other passing oriented system.

I'm tickled pink about Sosa being religated to the minors.

The Bears need to figure out what makes Rex Grossman go so hot-and-cold, or get a steadier QB. I don't know how someone can complete 70% of his passes and still suck so badly, but Grossman managed it in the Super Bowl.
Tie Matt Millen to the back of an F-150 and drag him to Toledo.

I want the 9ers to get a new coach. The players are green but show promise but the coaching sucks! Or perhaps I was just spoiled by George.. :(

New owner for the raiders. He's still stuck in the 80's mentality.
2 things for the Raiders.
1st, get a decent fracking QB.
2nd, something needs to be done with the owner. Pretty much agree with Carms thoughts on that one.

Yeah, note the guy is from a run-oriented team which voluntarily got rid of a good quarterback
I expected nothing else from Jerry Jones. The guy is a menace to good football.

For the Colts: weather the storm of free agency. let Dominic Rhodes go if needed. You can't pay what the Jets or Giants will pay for a guy who rushed for 100+ in the Super Bowl and proved his durability a couple years ago when Edge went down early. Polian has proved he can draft kick-ass running backs every year.
Draft another big, fat tackle to play next to Booger McFarland (and replace Montae Reagor and Corey Simon). Clog that middle. Make people go wide where the quick linebackers can catch up.
Speaking of which -- let Cato June go if he gets a good offer. He's grand in coverage but couldn't wrap up a Christmas present. Draft another LB.
Look for a better second tight end. Dallas Clark is the shiznit, but I'm not impressed with Utecht or Fletcher. At all.
Fire your special teams coach. Runback coverage was awful all year.
Renegotiate contracts if necessary, to forestall as long as possible that awful day where we have to do something terrible for the salary cap -- like jettison Marvin Harrison, Reggie Wayne, or Dwight Freeney. Keep those college kids coming and PAY YOUR SCOUTS -- obviously they do their job.

Turning around a program doesn't happen overnight.
Your current coach has only been there two years, and he's doing a heck of a job.

If you're going to long for somebody, long for Walsh. Seifert was a pale imitation.
